I brought my car in to Perfections to get a large scratch repaired. I dealt with Doug the whole time. Doug was the friendliest and most professional auto services pro I've ever dealt with. In order to acheive I-CAR Platinum recognition, technicians must complete all of their role-based courses, including welding certification which is renewed every 3 years. Refinishing technicians must also complete supplier certified training.
