Doug went above and beyond to ensure that my Dad’s classic Jag was well taken care of. The team at Perfections returned my car in pristine condition. Not only did they complete the repairs I had hired them to make but they fixed some small cosmetic issues I didn’t even know I had! Doug helped trouble shoot a problem with my steering on a repair that another shop did and advocated for me with icbc to make sure that I had an appropriate replacement vehicle. A++ service, great shop!

In order to acheive I-CAR Platinum recognition, technicians must complete all of their role-based courses, including welding certification which is renewed every 3 years. Refinishing technicians must also complete supplier certified training.
