The Story of Victoria's Body Shop
Perfections is a family-owned and operated body shop in Victoria, BC. Owner Doug Davis and his family have owned Perfections since 1991 and have been in the industry since 1982, starting out as a small one-man show with just a 1600 sq. ft. shop to work in.
Mainly focusing on just motorcycle parts and custom paint jobs with a little bit of collision repair as an ICBC vendor, after two year of business he added his first employee in 1993, and has since grown to his third and biggest location at almost 6000 sq. ft., adding a full team of highly capable craftsmen and -women.
Together over the years Perfections has serviced all of the motorcycle shops in Victoria BC and has been doing all of their collision repairs for more than 20 years.
In 2010 Perfections became a fully accredited ICBC collision valet shop, and has since acquired a down draft, spray booth, bake oven, laser measuring unit, and the latest up-to-date frame equipment for all of your auto repair needs — as well as replacement vehicles so you don’t need to be without a set of wheels!
I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone. Amazing service, clear communication, fantastic work on my bumper and a fair price. Picking up my car and he even buffed out some unsightly paint scuffs free of charge. Thank you!

*I only have a post fix picture, we all know what a torn bumper and broken headlamp look like...* Every other business else was booked up for months and treated me as if it wasn't an urgency in my life to get this fixed. I called up Doug and got a friendly, no guff demeanor from our first interaction. Within two weeks his team had my parts installed! They even zip-tied my licence plate back the way I like it (no holes in my grill) and my peek-a-boo cube lights behind my grill (those holes are ok). SHE WAS SO CLEAN 6/5 stars I can't wait for the next time someone backs into me in too much of a hurry, so's I can call up Doug for another repair! <3

I-CAR PLATINUM LEVEL RECOGNITION
I-CAR’s Professional Development Program features distinct training that provides collision repair technicians and estimators up-to-date knowledge and skills they need to excel at their roles.
In order to acheive I-CAR Platinum recognition, technicians must complete all of their role-based courses, including welding certification which is renewed every 3 years. Refinishing technicians must also complete supplier certified training.
